ABOUT US
Karan Osahan Architects is an architectural design lab established since 2018 offering services across residential and commercial architecture sectors. We comprehend the fact that design is only a basic component of a successful project and hence, we endeavour to bring forth premium, value-optimized and well-timed services for both commercial and residential projects. We design and curate places with compelling narratives and identities, places that are firmly rooted in their context and grow naturally out of it. Places that amplify nature, cultivate sustainable communities, prioritize the public realm, and evolve over time.

KARAN SINGH
In 2017, Karan Singh graduated from School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi where his thesis project became a high light of academic research and made a base for focused 300 bedded hospital in the upcoming sector 57, Gurugram. In 2018, he proceeded to herald Karan Osahan Architects which focused on investigation into possibility of using space as a narrative tool to articulate and reinforce a sense of indentity in the dweller.

SANDEEP SINGH
Sandeep Singh, having received his post graduate in Structures from Delhi Technical University is a Co Founder and a Head of Structural design at KOA. He works across country providing Structural design solutions. He is a consultant to M.E.S. (Military Engineering Services) and has successfully done numerous prestigious projects.
